Patrick is responsible for keeping customers happy and renewing.  This includes contract management, implementation, training, and support.  He is tasked with keeping a high retention rate, generating referrals and help with conference build-out sales.  Patrick was the first full time employee dedicated to PrestoSports in 2003.

Patrick spent seven years at the ECAC and left as an assistant commissioner where he was responsible for strategic planning and new concept development for championships and information technology.  Patrick introduced the ECAC to Lokitech in 1998 as the solution to developing an online officiating system.  Working hand in hand with Matt Pangaro, Lokitech custom developed what is now considered the premier online officiating system in college athletics.

Event management was Patrick’s other focus at the ECAC where he managed 113 events in 35 sports a year.  His daily duties for championships included policy implementation, development, and enforcement. By the time Patrick left the ECAC, he had conducted over 800 events regionally and nationally.

Patrick graduated from Wheaton College with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Anthropology.  Patrick played three years on the varsity men’s tennis team and was captain his senior year.
