PrestoSports has named Tom Borish its new Director of Operations. Borish, the former owner and lead editor of Trackshark.com, brings over 10 years of professional web design, development, and multimedia experience to the position.

As Director of Operations, Borish will be responsible for directing the operations staff, client training and feature implementation.

"We're excited to add a person of Tom's caliber to our team," says PrestoSports Chief Executive Officer Serge Knystautas. "He has the experience in web development that will prove invaluable to PrestoSports."

Borish, a former track & field captain at Kent State, started Trackshark.com in 2002. At its peak in 2008, the web site covered the sport of track & field at the highest level and was the number one collegiate destination (3 million visitors per month) for news and information on the sport.

Borish sold Trackshark to the Wasserman Media Group in 2008. He joined the international sports management, marketing and content firm as a General Manager and Senior Editor for Track & Field.

"I'm excited to be a part of such a growing and established web site company with a focus on college athletics," says Borish. "I look forward to helping PrestoSports grow even more."

While growing Trackshark, Borish balanced a full-time position as the Senior Web Designer at RLS2000.com.

A communications major at Kent State, Borish competed in the 200m, 400m and sprint relays for the NCAA Division I program. He launched his first web site, MacTrack.net in 1997. At the time it was the only one devoted to covering the sport within a conference.

Borish, 32, resides in Dover, N.H. with his wife Kelly and their 2-year old daughter Alexis and newborn son Brandon.
