Latest Release Update from PrestoSports:

• Version 3.7.8 was released on Nov 24, 2009.  This release includes support for international characters in schedules and standings.  We have also included several new unique features that allow you to keep track of your biggest fans. Information about store and auction purchases are now available in the contacts tab. You can also write ad-hoc notes about any contact in the system and review them for later.  Read more about these latest notes and more by clicking on the "Version 3.7.8" on the upper-right corner after logging in.

Game Day Events

• Please make sure when editing network schedules within Game day to never remove any event that another school has added.  If an exhibition game has been added to the Network and you would not like it to appear on your schedule please contact support@prestosports.com instead of removing the event completely from the Network.

2009-10 Season Underway 

• Stay ahead of the game by entering in your 2009-10 schedules!  All of your 2009-10 networked sports are now available within the PrestoSports Network.  Remember to also upload your men's and women's winter roster schedules.

Thanksgiving Holiday Hours

Our offices are closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday on Thursday, Nov 26 and Friday, Nov 27 but our staff is scheduled to be on-call throughout the holiday. Should you need assistance please follow this procedure: If your request is an emergency, please call the support line at 301.656.5504. If no one picks up the phone, please leave a detailed message as well as a contact number of where you can be reached. All voice mails are emailed to our staff as well.  If your request is not an emergency, please email support@prestosports.com and leave a detailed message of how we can help you. Please note that during the holidays our response time will be 1-4 hours from receipt of your request. Emergency and urgent issues will be prioritized and queued to be responded to first but be assured someone will get back to you. We wish you, your staff, friends and families a Happy Thanksgiving!
