CAPITAL ATHLETIC CONFERENCE MEMBERS ENTER NEW ACADEMIC YEAR WITH NEW LOOK; GALLAUDET UNIVERSITY AND VILLA JULIE COLLEGE LAUNCH NEW ATHLETICS WEB SITES THROUGH PRESTOSPORTS
ROCKVILLE, Md. - Gallaudet University and Villa Julie College will enter the new academic year with new athletics web sites. Earlier this month, the Capital Athletic Conference institutions launched innovative new web sites. Gallaudet's new site is located at www.gallaudetathletics.com and Villa Julie's new site can be found on the Internet at www.gomustangsports.com.
One of the newest members of the Capital Athletic Conference, Villa Julie launched its new site on August 2. The college's athletics site unveiling corresponded with the re-launching of the college web site at www.vjc.edu. The new site features rotating news of Mustangs athletics, large images of Villa Julie athletes, showcases the college's top-notch facilities and highlights its student-athletes.
Gallaudet unveiled its website with a new look and interactive features designed for deaf users and more on August 10. The site was was made possible by a sponsorship from Viable, Inc., owned by John Yeh, an alumnus and supporter of the University. Additionally, the site includes new features for Bison fans, including the latest Gallaudet sports statistics, colorful photos tagged with game updates and the latest news regarding Gallaudet Athletics.
By partnering with PrestoSports, Gallaudet University and Villa Julie College will fully integrate their score reporting with the conference web site which is powered by PrestoSports and those of PrestoSports clients York (Pa.) and Hood College. The PrestoSports partnership with d3scoreboard will also network information seamlessly with some of the nation's top NCAA Division III sports media web sites.
