PRESTOSPORTS CONFERENCE CLIENTS UNVEIL NEW MOBILE SCOREBOARDS, JUST ADD /M TO YOUR URL FOR EASY MOBILE PHONE ACCESS
ROCKVILLE, Md. - PrestoSports, the national leader in web site solutions for conferences and associations, has recently launched daily mobile scoreboards for many of its conference clients. Fans, parents, coaches, administrators, student-athletes and more can keep up with league action by adding /m to the conference web address from any mobile web browser.
"It's important to our company that we provide the technology to help conference administrators meet the growing interest in their conference," PrestoSports Vice President Patrick Summers said. "We've all been on post-game bus rides or eating post-game meals with coaches and other administrators who want to know how the rest of the league fared - now instead of searching multiple sites or making calls it's readily available on your mobile phone."
Some of the leagues running the mobile scoreboard include members of the NCAA Division I, II and III. Division I Conferences such as Atlantic Hockey Association, ECAC Hockey, ECAC Lacrosse and EIVA are available via mobile scoreboards. NCAA Division II Conferences such as the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference, Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association, Conference Carolinas, East Coast Conference, Lone Star Conference, North Central Conference, Northeast-10 Conference, Pacific West Conference, Peach Belt Conference and Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference have made daily score updates available. NCAA Division III Conferences currently offering mobile scoreboards include Capital Athletic Conference (CAC), Landmark Conference, The Little East Conference (LEC), MASCAC, North Atlantic Conference (NAC), NESCAC, NEWMAC, NEWLA and SCIAC.
More mobile scoreboards will be added in the coming weeks to
members of the PrestoSports Network.
Conferences using PrestoSports for live statistics can also update
their scoreboards live from the game venue.
