STONEHILL RELAUNCHES WEB SITE WITH NEW DESIGN, WWW.STONEHILLSKYHAWKS.COM TAKES FLIGHT
ROCKVILLE, Md. - Stonehill College, an NCAA Division II member of the Northeast-10 Conference, launched a redesign of its web site earlier this month through PrestoSports at www.stonehillskyhawks.com. The new home features strong institutional branding messages, vivid images, video and innovative areas for organization Skyhawks information.
"Stonehill College was one of our first clients and we're excited about updating the look to their site," PrestoSports Vice President Patrick Summers said. "It was evident from the start that members of the athletics staff had a clear vision for promoting the institution and its student-athletes."
The new Stonehill site incorporates the Skyhawks branding marks and Ace, the athletics mascot. Stonehill fans, students, alumni, parents and prospective athletes will find large photos associated with top stories that highlight the college's 20 intercollegiate sports.
Among the innovative new content pages includes Ace's Faces, a page highlighting and linking to the 10 Stonehill student-athletes who have appeared in Sports Illustrated's Faces in the Crowd. Other content additions include a "This Day in History" which emphasizes an accomplishment from the past, Feature Fridays gives an inside look at a Stonehill student-athlete and video is now available in the right column of the site.
