NORTHEAST-10 CONFERENCE REDESIGN COMPLETE, NEW LOOK TO NE-10 WEBSITE DEBUTS
ROCKVILLE, Md. - The Northeast-10 Conference, an NCAA Division II conference headquartered in South Easton, Mass., has launched a redesigned through with PrestoSports at www.northeast10.org. The unique Northeast-10 Conference site emphasizes a re-branding of the conference as it adds new members and moves forward with new leadership.
Administrative tools have been incorporated to assist the membership and conference office in score reporting, standings, awards, and promotion of member institutions and their student-athletes.
With the addition of the University of New Haven (2008-09) and
Adelphi University (2009-10) joining the Northeast-10 Conference
membership and the recent announcement of a new commissioner, Julie
Ruppert, the website followed suit with the ‘new'
concept.
The new Northeast-10 site features improved navigational buttons
to help the conference's wide audience navigate through the
website. Another new element is the addition of a more
comprehensive schedule system where interested followers can track
team-specific schedules and results.
Visitors to the NE-10 site can also take advantage of the member institution section which provides information about each Northeast-10 school including a directory, recent schedule and results as well as recent news alerts.
For nine of the 15 Northeast-10 Conference institutions, updating the institution's web site will simultaneously provide updates to the schedules, scoreboards and standings on the Northeast-10 Conference site. Conference members Assumption College, Franklin Pierce College, Le Moyne College, Merrimack College, Pace University, Saint Anselm College, Saint Michael's College, Southern New Hampshire University and Stonehill College have partnered with PrestoSports for their athletics web sites - four of which will launch later this year. Other Northeast-10 Conference institutions will receive access to the Scoreboard Interface to provide instant conference score updates.
Since its inception in 2002, PrestoSports has focused on creating efficient mechanisms for conferences and associations to run at maximum efficiency. The Northeast-10 Conference was one of the first PrestoSports web site clients. The national leader in conference web sites, PrestoSports has launched or recently partnered with 12 NCAA Division II conferences and provides services to more than 40 conferences and associations.
