Job Description
Title: Director of Operations
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Goals
- Manage and coordinate operations team resulting in a 100 percent response rate daily.
- Achieve 100 percent retention rate on contract renewals.
- Achieve 100 percent client satisfaction.
- Obtain expert knowledge of all PrestoSports features by January 1, 2010.
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining a new training program for new clients by September 1, 2009.
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining a new internal training program for staff by August 1, 2009.
- Manage, assign and conduct quarterly reviews with clients integrating new components and implementing necessary upgrades achieving 100 percent review of clients by year-end.
Responsibilities
- Compile and communicate feature enhancement list from clients to technology team.
- Assure seamless client transition from site breakdown and launch process to day-to-day support.
- Assign and monitor daily, nightly, weekend and holiday on-call schedule.
- Maintain and enhance online help desk upon launching new or enhanced features.
- Enforce, maintain and update support manual on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate with technology team a bug list.
Personal Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a strong background in college athletics. In addition he/she will be highly motivated, have excellent communication and personal skills, have a history of success in previous positions, have strong leadership skills, ability to adapt and grow as the company grows, and the ability to execute flawlessly tasks and responsibilities that are assigned to him/her.
Training and Experience
- 5-10 years of management experience or related.
- 7-10 years of administrative college athletics experience or related.
- Must have strong computer skills and understanding of HTML and CSS.
