OUA member to launch new site
ROCKVILLE, Md. - Brock University, member of Ontario University Athletics located in St. Catharines, Ont., has partnered with PrestoSports for its athletics web site. Brock will launch its site with a unique new design later this year.
"We're pleased to add the Brock University to our growing network," says PrestoSports COO Patrick B. Summers. "It's always exciting to be a part of a project that will positively impact so many student-athletes, and instill pride in Brock University's extended community."
The new Brock University site will feature a unique new design and a number of innovative features that put athletics administrators in complete control of the look and content within the web site. The new home of the Badgers will feature a bold new design, a new look at team statistics and interactive elements for fans of all ages.
"I am excited about the partnership with PrestoSports for our new athletics web site," said Shawn Whiteley, Sports Information and Marketing Coordinator at Brock University. "The new site will have a great impact on the Brock University community, student-athletes and our staff. By partnering with PrestoSports, Brock University's athletics site will receive a unique enhanced design, access to a content management system built for university athletics, and continuous technology upgrades."
Brock University Athletics fields 24 varsity programs. In the 42 years of athletic history, the Badgers have won 27 National Championships and 50 Ontario Championships. With multiple appearances in the post-season each year and documented athletic and academic excellence and community involvement, the Badgers have achieved balance in the life of the student-athlete.
