USA South member launches new site at
gopeacepacers.org
ROCKVILLE, Md. - Peace College, an NCAA Division III member of the USA South located in Raleigh, N.C., has partnered with PrestoSports to launch a new athletics web site. The new home for the Pacers recently launched at www.gopeacepacers.org.
"We're pleased to work with Peace on this project," says PrestoSports Chief Executive Officer Serge Knystautas. "We enjoy the opportunity to work with the college administration and athletics departments to help them achieve their goals."
Peace's new site launched with a unique new design and a number of innovative features which put athletics administrators in complete control of the look of and content within the web site. Some of the distinctive features implemented on gopeacepacers.org include rotating headlines, student athlete profiles, an area for prospective athletes, sports information downloads, hall of fame and more.
PrestoSports' services and technology will allow Peace College fans, alums and media to quickly find information about the school's teams. Now part of the PrestoSports Network, scores entered into the Peace web site through traditional or mobile entry systems will immediately update the web site's schedules, the USA South schedules, and national media sites such as D3Hoops and D3Soccer.
Peace features six intercollegiate sports. Pacers compete in the USA South for basketball, cross country, soccer, softball, tennis and volleyball. PrestoSports also provides web site services for USA South member Shenandoah at http://www.suhornets.com
Founded in 1857, Peace College enrolls approximately 700 women each year. The academic program is regularly ranked by its students among the best in the nation, as measured by the National Survey of Student Engagement. With a student-to-faculty ratio of 14-to-1, 100 percent of classes are taught by faculty.
