Important Information Regarding COVID-19 and PrestoSports


To say that the past 72 hours in college athletics is unprecedented is an understatement, and we realize that many of you are dealing with new and quickly changing situations. Following is an overview of the steps we are taking to ensure that our operations continue as many of you cancel events or switch to a restricted attendance policy.

For those organizations that have canceled events or seasons, we empathize with the difficulty of this decision and its impact. If your organization is hosting live events, however, our teams have implemented additional technology and systems to ensure that we are able to handle any increased viewership and fans.  As we enter these uncharted waters, we are here to help in any way possible. As for our organization, ensuring that our team is safe and healthy is a primary concern.  We continue to operate at full capacity in order to provide you with assistance as needed. In addition to the recommended protections, we have also implemented our business continuity plan which will ensure that our staff and systems are available and responsive. This means that our care, support and operations teams will be available to assist you using the normal means.  Our streaming, web and stats solutions are hosted in the cloud which means that they are highly available and can absorb additional fan traffic very quickly.
