Camps: Build your own Website

In addition to being able to run registration through our full athletic websites, we can also help you build a standalone website designed specifically for your program and its events.
Our team is here to help with everything you need so that your new website is quickly up and running. We’ll work with you to plug in your logos, images, and other content that highlights what your program is all about. We’ll also take care of purchasing a domain and help get your registration set up.
Design: Our template and its flexibility
Although we have a standard template for our camp websites, it’s important to note that we can customize any sections or headings to fit your specific needs. This collaboration will start with a design consultation to ensure you have the opportunity to communicate your vision for the website so we can accommodate your requests.
Turnaround time is largely based on how quickly you can get the information and content over to us, but the timeline usually ranges from 1-2 weeks.
Below is a list of some of the most commonly featured sections within our standalone sites (in no particular order). Please note that we can also add links to informational pages within the site if you need to share more details on a topic.
Landing Page
Make a good first impression. We’ll ask you to send us your logo and any text you want to include, as well as a high-quality image(s) to display on the rotator.
Your navigation will serve as the shortcut to jump ahead to different sections within your site. The drop-down menu typically reflects the order of appearance but can be rearranged any way you’d like.
Who We Are
Tell your visitors who you are and what you’re all about. Also titled “About” or “Misson”, this section typically follows the landing page, inviting everyone to learn a bit more about your program.
Meet the Staff
Introduce yourself and your staff to the people!
We’ll insert headshots, titles, contact info, etc. for each team member. Chances are you’ll also want to include bios — we can either create informational pages to click through from this section or redirect to existing bios within your athletic department or organization’s website.
Registration
Our Camps platform’s features for our standalone website option mirrors our home page functionality. Our easy-to-use generator will guide you through the set up process so you can showcase your camps and other events here.
The order of appearance is chronological, but visitors will also have the option to filter your list by label.
Once the desired camp is located, registrants will click “Register Now”, sign into their account, fill out the form, and proceed to checkout. Note that first-time registrants will have to create their account, which will autofill future registration fields when they’re signed in.
About the Programs
This section can be included to provide more information on the different types of events you offer. This grid-like display divides your programs into different blocks, where you can acknowledge the title and a brief description of that particular program.
If you’d like to provide more information, create an informational page that your visitors can click-through to.
Directions
Embed Google Maps here to share your location. This feature makes it ultra-convenient for parents and campers to find you on opening day!
Testimonials
Share some of your favorite reviews and feedback on this rotator. You work hard to put on your events, don’t be bashful!
Social Media
Whether you use Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram, you can integrate your social media accounts into your website to help promote your camps. Any posts made to your accounts will automatically upload to your social stream.
Contact Us
Most programs will include contact information for your camps at the footer. You can also include a form for those who would like to submit a message or ask a question right then and there.
