Timeline for Deployment: Implementation of our Services rolls out in four distinct phases, as described below. From start to finish, assuming no unforeseen delays or other challenges, we can usually complete the entire process of building your new Site over a period of 90 days. PrestoSports will use reasonable efforts to commence implementation within 90 (ninety) days of Client’s purchase; Implementation activities will expire 185 (one hundred-eighty-five) days from Client’s purchase.

Client Personnel: To support PrestoSport’s collaborative Implementation, PrestoSports expects that Client’s personnel are identified and made available to collaborate with their PrestoSports counterparts throughout the Implementation. Below is a breakdown of the key roles and responsibilities of each role during the Implementation.

1. Deployment Lead: Client’s project leader and point of contact for communications with the Wrike team, coordination and facilitation of meetings, and deployment of the appropriate Client’s personnel.
2. Sponsor: Person(s) with authority to clarify project need, identify participants, and act as point of escalation, as needed.
3. Subject Matter Experts (SMEs): Client resources whom the Deployment Team can consult with to understand organizational structure and processes at a detailed level.
4. Deployment Team: Consists of the Deployment Lead, Sponsor(s), Subject Matter Experts, and team leaders and department heads that have the proper authority and knowledge to define Client’s need(s). The Deployment Team will work with the PrestoSports Implementation Consultant to set up the Client’s PrestoSports Website.

The process will allow you to select the design that best fits your content and adjust color themes, fonts, presentation and other aspects. Within your theme selection select up to 8 components to highlight the specific areas you wish to feature on your website. Selections made from 1 Pro Theme with up to 8 components of the clients choice. 

The Project Kickoff Call serves as the project kickoff between the client team and the PrestoSports team. During this time we will make introductions for all team members on the call and will have a high-level overview of the entire project plan.

A PDF Design file is created for the site based on the submitted design form and media collateral, the configuration functional application framework (i.e. page layouts, module placement, and navigation setup. The design process will include up to three (3) rounds of design revisions, plus all necessary bug fixes (additional optional design rounds available for a fee). Client will receive a static PDF to review and adjust prior to the build and configuration of the website. Written approval will be given in order to start the build process. Any additional design revisions following written approval could be subject to an additional fee. Design Revisions include: 

• Fonts
• Colors
• Logos and branding elements
• Component Selection 

Set up of site based on the approved design.

Using the Content Management System, modules and plugins to enter content into website completing Site Build.

* Data Migration by the PrestoSports team includes moving information from current website provider. Data Migration is an additional add-on to the Website Package.
