Where In the World Was PrestoSports this month?
PrestoSports has been just about everywhere in the month of June. It was an out-of-the-ballpark experience meeting many of you at NACDA 2023. Seeing people interact with our fan cam on a giant cell phone with our PrestoMobile app was awesome! It was a home run with all that stopped by the booth. Proving you can make the fan experience great during the summer, fall, or any other season!

MYTH:
“I have to manually adjust my women’s lacrosse stats because the coaches view box scores does not show faceoffs to draw controls correctly.”
FACT:
Last season, NCAA switched from halves to quarters for women’s lax, and NAIA changed faceoffs to draw controls. We have corrected the issue, to ensure the fix is set up correctly on your system please contact the Support Team here.

PrestoAwards
Does your school, conference, or organization host awards? Did you know PrestoSports has a solution to create, administer, and finalize athletic and athletic-academic awards? Already including a library of pre-defined or customized templates, along with Gameday CMS integrated nomination and voting services; today PrestoAwards is the leader in the industry.
New this month, PrestoAwards will support the creation, administration, nomination, and voting of Team statistic awards. Historically the platform has always supported awards centered around primary individual statistics, and we are excited to offer this new award type that may facilitate ranking teams amongst your conference or organization by the statistics teams accumulate.
PrestoStats
Coming soon, in addition to box score uploads, all PrestoWeb customers can now access PrestoStats scoresheet mode. PrestoStats scoresheet mode allows users to enter primary game results and statistics that can be downloaded and added to your team site.
Additional updates to the PrestoStats legacy platforms include:
- Added ability to optionally include season totals for ERA and Batting average in game XML files in PrestoStats Baseball
- Added Rush and Pass type logic to PrestoStats Football
- Introduced ‘Continue’ fragment to additional play types in PrestoStats Football
- Updated baseball advanced stats reports to optionally group player records by career and season ID
Football Stats
Coming this fall, we'll be adding a new and improved version of Football to PrestoStats, completely changing the scorekeeper experience from the broadcast booth. The complete stats experience will include roster management, custom rule application, end to end game entry, and standardized game report generation. Tennis 2.0
Entering its second season, PrestoStats Tennis has proven to support a wide array of match and scoring formats. This month, we have released a new and improved user interface based on your feedback! The new design promotes a simplified score entry view, more game formats, and the ability to indicate more detailed match results including clinch to win, did not play/finish, and forfeits or disqualifications.
Flag Football 2.0
- Added a confirmation step to review event settings prior to starting your game
- Added ‘Safety’ play sequences that can be optionally triggered as needed, and rules defined before starting the event
- Introduced additional defensive statistics

Video Archive Policy Update
Starting from September 1st, 2023, our Core and Pro streaming packages will revert to their pre-Covid 19 On Demand Video Storage policy, making archives accessible for a rolling period of 365 days.
Lifetime Archives are now available in our Premium Streaming package. Conferences, Organizations, Associations and Leagues will continue to have Lifetime Archives as usual.
